This preset can be used with headphones. It has a beat frequency of 15Hz, which is the normal point for an alert calm awake mind. This slowly decreases to 7.83 over 5 minutes - 7.83 being the earth resonance frequency. However I found that playing this preset on a normal hi-fi or music centre worked well. This is because the main point to it is the audible pitch settings. The sounds that you hear as musical notes. There are 7 different pitches corresponding to the 7 main chakras. It is quite a long preset as it simply focuses on each chakra individually for 5 minutes before moving to the next. It follows this procedure:

0-5 minutes - introduction 15Hz-7.83Hz beat & 528Hz pitch (528 being dna healing).

5-10 minutes - Root chakra at the base of the spine.

10-15 minutes - Sacral chakra around the lower abdomen.

15-20 minutes - Solar Plexus around the belly button / navel

20-25 minutes - Heart Chakra

25-30 minutes Throat Chakra

30-35 minutes - 3rd eye / Anja / Brow of forehead

35-40 minutes - Crown chakra / top of head.

I followed a simple technique when playing this. It is easy to follow as the changes in pitch are easy to tell between each chakra. When starting at each new chakra have a simple phrase or prayer to hand.

I said "I am now moving to my ........ chakra. By the power of the divine nature / power / energy, the ........ chakra is now being balanced, cleansed and cleaned of any negative energy and emotions." You can use whatever you feel comfortable with depending on your religion or practice. For the rest of the duration on each chakra visualise that area of the body being cleaned etc. I could feel a buzzing / vibrating to some of them. It is best to lay down when doing this. The last chakra - the crown has a frequency of 440Hz. This will almost send you to sleep, along with the beat of 7.83, so don't use it when you need to be awake.

it's perfect! i know it's not meant for oobe, but i almost had one just hearing your preset... i'm very sensitive to it. I'd like to enhance it even more to my taste but i don't know how to do it :\ i wanted to adjust the visuals of it, so can i see at my screen on the right timing a color flashing respective to it's own chakra, it would help me focus more on my chakras. (following the preset sequence it would be Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo & Violet) i went over in preset options / visual but i'm lost there don't know how to edit the colors on the right time of each chakra hehehe by the way sorry for my bad english and thank's very much in advance for this wonderful preset.
