Am i supposed to use this prior to studying or play it in the background?

Hey, I played this whilst I was doing my Maths homework. When I started, I was stressed out, and angry at myself because I couldnt do the questions, but about 5 minutes in I started to gain a lot more postivive thinking and saying to myself that I can do this, and how many people will be proud of me for doing well. Now when I study lissening to this it puts me into a very positive, and happy way of thinking, and also keeps me away. Thanks for making this, Jokeish <3

i tried this preset and it seems to slow down my perception of time whilst hearing this. is it supposed to trick the brain so that you can study more in a shorter period of time?

Great preset. However, why are there two 3~8 voices? Should the total of voices, after selecting the background base, be 3?

Can I put this binaural beat on repeat, to keep the effect going? Or should you only listen to it once?
