This preset will help you take your mind off of just about anything. It causes a sense of drowsiness and lack of focus. Good precursor if you are in need of a nice nap. Use at relatively low volume levels.

Some efficacy with speakers - no headphones needed. Just make sure you are positioned between the speakers.
