Ramp to 4Hz (w/4 voice harmonic box)
This preset is a 17 minute plateued ramp to 4Hz with gradually increasing plateus and ramp segments. That segment is followed immediately by a 4 voice harmonic box at 4Hz. It is the length of a CD (79Min), but it may not be necessary to listen the entire time. I created this preset to combat my clinical depression without drugs. At 4Hz the brain produces more catacholamines (Dopamine, Noradrenaline, etc.), and enkephalins. This preset could also be used for astral travel/OOBE's, telepathy, memory, and chronic fatigue (among other things). I have also read that in order to achieve FULL brain entrainment, you must ramp down to the desired frequency. If you don't ramp, then only part of your brain will entrain. I don't know just how true that statement is, but I can say that I get much better results when I ramp than when I don't ramp. Please let me know what results you get.

4hz is mood elivator it cannot release catacholamines as it is released in brain at 10.2hz, 4hz releases knkephalins only , it helps the mood and to memorize .
