It is strongly recommended for the complex(difficult), nonmonotonic office work demanding concentration and attention. Improved version of builtin "Avakened mind". Includes frequency 8,22 for stimulation of a mouth. Helps to speak more loudly and more precisely. The delta is excluded, but are left 2 Hz for mental comfort. Because life is not only work at office:)

Hey there- this is a great preset. I use it often when I find I am having trouble concentrating and it works well.
