MAP Week 02: Relaxation (Deep)

Mastering Astral Projection Week 2: Relaxation (Deep)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Directions: This program is for use during relaxation and energy body stimulation practice (chapter 2), with or without light goggles.

Overview: This program features two voices. One voice gradually (and inaudibly) lowers from a binaural beat frequency of 15 Hz (awake, beta consciousness) to 7.5 Hz (a relaxed state) during the first 10 minutes. A second, quieter voice remains at a binaural beat frequency of 4 Hz (deeper, delta state ideal for OBE). Thereafter, both voices remain at the same binaural beat frequency for the additional 80 minutes of the program. Visual frequency moves from 15 to 7.5 Hz and remains at 7.5 Hz throughout the remainder of the program.

Preset Duration: 90 minutes.

Reminder: The presets in this program are designed to induce drowsiness. Do not listen to this or any of the presets in this program while driving or using heavy or potentially dangerous equipment.

To be used with the book "Mastering Astral Projection", a 90-day guide to learning how to have an out-of-body experience, by Robert Bruce and Brian Mercer. I think this one is doing the work, I reach a relaxed state. After one week of practice I still didn't manage more than 20 minutes of focus. I keep up the work.

Yes do that. Think of your brain power as a muscle, the more you practice the stronger it will get at controling your thoughts. Also, the best time to practice is in the morning shortly after you get up and are refreshed for the day. It will be easier to focus when your mental aspect isn't already tired from everyday life.
