Descending through Delta

This is inspired by holosync and is designed to smoothly take you from 14Hz Beta to 4HzDelta over the space of 15 minutes then you are taken progessively from 4Hz to 0Hz over the space of 1.5 minutes and then back up again over another minute and a half from 0Hz to 4Hz (the entire Delta range).

These 3 minute Delta segments are four in total and each one has a lower carrier freqency than the next, ranging from 87Hz, 86, 85, 84, the final three minutes of this preset return you progessively to a 14 Hz beta frequency and the preset fades out to end.

This preset could be extended to an hour in length which is what the duration of holosync audios and the carrier frequencies could be lowered as required.

However I dont know what the carrier frequencies are for each level of the holosync program so I cant help there.

I've adjusted the backround water effect on this track to be soothing.
