mono test

This is to show what happens with more than one voice. The audible pitch for voice 1 is 400 in both right and left while the pitch is 408 in both. This arrangement produces an 8 hz difference that is what you get with one voice with an audible pitch of 400 in one ear and 408 in the other. The end result is that you don't have to have stereo sound in order for the Binural beats to work. You may want to take a look at this website: http://www.rainfall.com/cdroms/brainwave.htm.

I am sorry, but this is no longer a binaural beat. This is a MONaural beat (or one ear beat), and is not as powerful as a binaural beat. It is definitely necessary to have stereo sound to produce a binaural beat (or two ear beat - the beat is not hear by either ear on its own. Only with both ears do you hear a binaural beat).
