A note: The 35hz is used only in the first segment and spans the first two minutes of this. Then comes the frequency combination to trigger an OBE.

Do you have to look at the flashing colors while doing this? or are u supposed to lay down and stay relaxed, with ur eyes closed? i'm not sure since I am new at this program, plz someone help me out with the details :) thanks

This preset actually gave me an OBE very quickly. I belive after only 6 mins. But it didn't last very long only 1-2 secs. Maybe i tried too hard to look through the "tunnel" or something. Will definetely try this again.
