Ya.. im going to download something to make me twitchy? Is anyone? Why even make such a dumb preset.. Disrespect.

Its more of an increased energy preset. Ive had it on for 10 minutes, with only minor twitching.

Who doesn't like twitching? I would download it if it made me twich all over.

Twich = Fast movements, like your finger will jump quickly then stop, or your eye will open and close fast... Try dictionary.com

this actually made me paranoid... i kept looking behind me and making sure everything is ok with my house and what not.

This made my face twitch, not very much though I have it set to run 10min. Fingers started to idividually twitch at the end, but it wasnt a very profound movement.
