4 Hz binaural frequency at 300 Hz pitch - for theta induction

0 Hz binaural frequency at 9900 Hz pitch - to reduce need for sleep

7.83 Hz Schumann resonance - for alpha induction thought empowering due to earth resonance

I'm putting this in the meditation category, but it should be applicable to superlearning, too, as well as others using the theta and alpha leveles.

You can modify this by adding Night sounds (my choice) or others for background.

Ouch! Why the high frequency? Is it possible to create an alpha/theta w/o this feature?? I have been reading up on how alpha/theta therapy helps people with PTSD and am trying to find a preset that I like. This one may work but it is uncomfortable. Hurts my ears and gives me a headache.
