4nI listened to it sitting, closing eyes, It didnt made me sleep or fill anything, after 20 minutes of listening i went to bed, woke up 4.5 hours later at 4:30 in the morning, was still dark outside but I was so awake, I began my day few hours before I use to.

I never tried this before until now. It didn't do much for me. I didn't really like it. And the brainwave sounds were too loud so i had to lower it alot and couldn't really hear the cool backround noise. So I don't know if this works.

Could Someone please explain to me how to put the .wav files in, as everytime i download these, i double click the .bwg (it goes into the BWGen proggram) and if i doubkle click the .wav it just sends it into windows media player.. **HELP!?** |

I struggled with that too. Then I discovered if you open the preset options and click on the .wav field (even if the .wav name is already listed), it'll upload the .wav
