Yeah, sounds like sleeping in the beach, although frequency is somewhat fast and some binaural are needed in the delta and theta range to get it more relaxing.

this is the preset i use most often for falling asleep it has worked the best for me, i would give it a 5/5

Sorry for my English but I thought you should know that: o0 I didn't mean anything strange happen to me this night actually and it's why I've chosen this preset. I thought it would relax me! And it did so, but after 2 hours or so I had a dreadful dream - I knew that I was dreaming, couldn't wake up, my heart was beating in a strange way and I was feeling awful (like too much of MJ). I got up and go see my mother in the other room but I couldn't say anything to make her hear me. And then I finally wake up in my bed but my physical state was so bad as it was before, in "dream". I didn't intend any OOBE-like experiments and I had no such experiences before. I don't know if I was listening to this too long (while sleeping) or maybe I'm likely to have strange states after such stuff. I'm curious what will be next ^^ - but hope that it won't be so unpleasant and frightening... Thanks!
