BUILTIN: Relaxation 2 (while staying focused)

Helps to relax with a sweep from regular beta activity (15Hz) to 12Hz, which is still far from the drowsiness producing theta state. The end moves the brain activity back to beta.

When I first tried this out I really didn�t knwo what to think. But after listening to this, I don�t know what happened but I didn�t get disturbed by anything like, MSN, my dog, after 20 minutes, I went to my bed and just lied there becasue if felt so good. I was so relaexed..

This really works, and I look forward to start using this for studies.

This preset feels very good. It relaxes the mind and refreshes the whole system without causing drowsiness, then restores a state of (calm) alertness at the end.
