what is this supposed to do?

I would guess to bring about homeostasis: in the body by stimulating the organs, and in the mind by having some "good feeling" and relaxation, and spirtually by balancing the lower chakras of the body (the earthen ones).

hi. can I listen to these while I work at my desk? or does one need to be in a relaxed lying position to benefit? does the same apply to all the available presets (bar the sleep inducing ones) tks!

This usually makes me fall asleep (or a very sleep like state) while listening. I stay asleep for about an hour, then jerk awake. I feel alot better for about a half a day afterwards, as far as mood goes. Somtimes it induces a feeling of well being that lasts for a few hours. Somtimes it makes my mind 'fuzzy', or I just feel a bit drunk. Oh and, I'm a smoker, and my lungs do not bother me much anymore, and I do not really have problems with coughing after listing to this preset for about half a day. Overall, one of my favorites.

(Notes jotted in description field.) MPT 9/1/04 - This one by all means shouldn't do anything with binaural values like that, but it seemed to relax me. I was tired already, but is it the tone interaction, perhaps?

Hey, I was wondering if lower frequencies needed to be amplified with a good set of speakers/monitors? Although I seem to hear them through my shitty computer speakers, I'm not sure if i need something better for the affects to take place

Organ Toner? Toning of organs? The creator of this preset described it as something of the sort. To create a workout for your body and improve muscle tone. Who knows.. (sigh)
