Concious Theta Experience 3

Same as version 2, but with only a very slight difference. On this version, at the end, instead of the 13Hz sound fading out, it sweeps up to join the other sound at 15Hz.

My conditions:
I drank 2 cans of RedBull an hour before using this preset. Redbull contains 30mg of caffeine per 100 ML and taurine (which are both, if I am right, stimulators of the neurotransmitters in the brain). I was a bit stressed about my school on the day I used the preset.

My Experience:
I entered theta quiete quickly. I dont know exactly if I was in theta but I noticed that I was thinking about stuff I did not conciously think of, just like some sort of dream. When I interfered with it (by conciously thinking about what I was thinking and seeing), the images became less vivid but then I only could recall my last "unconcious thoughts" (the images) which I otherwise only could remember as a feeling without images or sounds or scenarios. All by all the unconcious thoughts while listening to this preset where very hard to recall and remember.
I found this preset usefull and very relaxing. It gives me a nice restfull feeling in my whole body.

Advise:
While listening to this don't try to think about problems. The less you think the better. Dont force yourself not to think, more suggest it. If you can not stop thinking about a problem try thinking about a scenario you once been or like to be. Keep on thinking and your unconcious will start a story with it on its own (just like a dream). Just relax while listening to this preset and you will go in to theta!
