Chest

Here are a few things that help me make presets:
1) a table of correspondences between frequencies and the human body;

I tried the "headache treatment, varying..." preset in the new BWG, at a
moment I really needed it, it was effective and I noticed that the audible
frequencies are in the range of 600 to 450 which corresponds to the upper
part of the head, and above. So I made some presets for different parts of
the body, applying the a method similar to Mikko Noromaa's headache
treatment preset, namely:
Length of segment 1 minute, with one node allowing a sweep of frequencies
moving up and down over the selected area Repeated any number of times. A
second voice does a similar sweep in the opposite direction.

This works for me, especially when I turn attention and suggestion of
healing to the part of the body and the audible frequency that resonates
with it according to this system. The attached preset, entitled "chest" I
found effective against a feeling of heaviness, tightness and congestion in
the chest. It soon produces a feeling of oxygenation, lightness and relief.

Take a look at the options of the said headache preset and the "chest"
preset to get a better idea of the method used.

I am trying out presets made in this way for kidneys, lungs, liver, heart ,
spleen and the "triple warmer " meridian to go with the Taoist exercise
called "the six healing sounds".

Another way to discover new presets is by making a preset for the current
three hour period, as in the table "Figure of the seven circulations" an the
accompanying table of frequencies.

Two or more voices can combine in many different ways for any 3hr period.
When I want to play with presets and don't know what to try, I simply work
on the current 3hr period.

Begin with two voices, then experiment with backgrounds, modulation etc. and
soon it all becomes familiar. It is easier to make progress if you have some
goal in mind, when creating new presets, two ways I found to define a goal
are as above: the resonances in the body, and the 3hr periods.

Begin with simple, two voice presets and then gradually expand. You are
welcome to download the above pages from my site, if you find them useful.

Good luck, and enjoy!
