no obe but woke up without feeling tired after just 4hrs of sleep, after listening to it the night before. thx been awhile since i had such a refreshing night's rest.

One of most great OBE presets! Exlnt!

Hi i tried this preset during when i was surfing net. Closed it after ard 15min and went to sleep. Had a vivid dream about someone stab my chest and the wound just healed but there is a scar but there is some pain ( i can almost feel it) one of the dreams i remembered vividly

I listened to this preset while I slept (but over speakers not headphones). I only slept for about 5 hours of so however at the end of my dream cycle I suddenly realized that I was dreaming. I have no lucid experience so I don't know if it was just realizing I was dreaming or lucid however it was extremely real.

Very weird. I've just listened for about 20 minutes, sat in my chair with eyes closed and slowly got more and more relaxed and heavy. I could see the 'blackness' of my mind but even this was dissapearing and going out of focus (only was a can describe it). I had a fullness and nothingness in my mind and my eyes were also twitching and I could no longer feel my left hand, which shocked me for a moment at which point I felt I had to open my eyes.

Snoopy, I know what you mean. Whenever I'm using bwgen and relaxing, I can almost "see" sometihng with my eyes that seems to be the entire universe mindbogglingly huge and then seem to shrink and stuff its kinda spooky the first few times it happens. If you continue with it, you'll lose all feeling in your entire body, and then one by one the rest of your senses. This is extremely deep meditation once you have lost all your senses and have nothing except conscious thought.

Awsome, Listened to this last night, body went numb and the vibrations came. I am new to OBE/AP so i got very excited about being that close and lost it. I will try again.. All i can say is this is great. after 10 minutes with some relaxation techniques my body was numb...

this presets is great

I am new to OBE/AP, and that was actually the first preset I was trying. After four-five minutes I got some really intensive feeling of kinda short circuit inside of skull. Not the pleasant one. Does someone have the same experience? What does it mean?

I tried this preset once and it produced a very heavy feeling in my body. I thought I might get to F10 but then I think I fell asleep, at least I could hear my snoring. The clarity of my consciousness kept changing which was strange. Sometimes I felt wide awake and then I would drift, and then I was awake again and so on. Still I got some v. good relaxation. I thought I had done about 45 mins but it turned out to be 1hr 20mins. Can anyone tell me where to get a basic education in the use of sound files and stuff to do with BWG? Thanks.

I very nearly had my first concious OBE with this one. I got to the vibrations, but was only able to get my arms out. I rubbed my hands together and they felt real, but when I looked at where they should have been I couldn't see anything. It felt wierd to touch my face, because I could only partially feel it. I can't remember after that; must have fallen asleep. I'll definitely be trying again with this one.

UNREAL!!! Thats incredible, after 1minute i felt a numbness forming in my left leg, then it crept up my entire body towards my head. At this point i felt an incredible pull on my chest as though my spirit was leaving my body. I got a bit frightened/excited so i pulled away.... I dont understand how it works, but its amazing.

After using this program twice i can now project out of my body without the preset or anything. I close my eyes for 5 seconds while lying on my bed & then i feel the intense pull on my chest. its actually quite freaky now. Last night in my sleep i was awoken by the same pull as my spirit was trying to leave me. If anyone wants instructions on how to use this i will be more than happy to explain. I guarantee you with works. Its is reallllyyy creepy. Cheers

Hello, im new to this brainwave thingo, ive lucid dreamt before but i dont choose to it just happens, and i was just wondering does all this thing help with lucid dreaming and so forth. Also, can someone please email me describing about brainwaves and stuff coz i dont know if this is dangerous or not? It sounds like FUN though =0D

I used this going to sleep. I probably fell asleep 20 or 30 minutes into it. I also had it set so after the preset ends, it shuts off and doesn't keep playing. And I believe I had an OBE. I may have been in control too. But the clarity of it was as any regular dream. I don't remember my dreams b/c I don't write them down and so I don't remember what happened this time but it was like a regular dream. So I'm not sure what happened. I cannot say if I had an OBE or not but it wasn't anything like a real OBE where you are fully conscious like it is reality.

Also, maybe it is my fear stopping me from being able to do it. Is it dangerous? Is it possible to get "lost"?

You can get "lost," but since it is only a dream you'll never be lost forever as you'll eventually wake up. And just remember that it is YOUR dream, and you can control it if you just will things into happening. You're also letting go of your body and moving into a place you may have never experience before. I know I can't be hypnotised because I have trouble letting my mind relax. Once you get used to it it becomes as natural as anything.

I dont mean to scare anyone, im just warning, in fact, the biggest thing to fear is your own, no fear, nothing to worry about. And the initial sensation of astral projection (the itense pulls, huming voices, others) are creepy but do not fear them, go with the flow (like shrooms) and youll have a fantastic expirience.

have some qusetions: 1. do I need to hear before I go to sleep OR while Im sleeping? 2. how much time do I need to hear? 3. In which volume? *thanks 4 everyone who will help!

I think the preset works. this the first I tried. I listend with head phones in my bed and i Fall in a sleep. After 1 hours I woke up and I stopped the brwg. I drink some water and I started to sleep. After 1 hour I felt something like a 'click' as u turn on the light( the noise)and I wake up (during my sleep)and was as I Knew what happen. I reapeted to myself: ok... we are and I felt a vortex... I remember I slept under my tummy. And I felt a vortex like a hover... I felt myself go out to my body.. but I didn't see my body cause was really fast as go with a car reverse gear at the max speed. I felt scary cause I felt like a presence try to bring me away. So I started to think positive and I started to control my breath... as in meditation. So I came back but when I was im my bed I continued tocontrol my breath till I was completely relaxed.... after few minutes I opened my eyes and every was real, I didn't woke up as tihs situation was real. After I felt very good. I think my scary reaction stopped the travel. Sorry for my english lol I started a forum about dreams and a section with preset. It's just open so if u want to help me visit it.

I definately didnt have an OOBE, and dont even feel I was close. This was mainly due to the fact that my body alwasy felt like mine, it didnt feel like my body had gone to sleep but not my mind. Another strange feeling though (this is only the second BrainWave I have tried EVER - I only learnt about it last night). This time, my arm went strange, almost like the feeling you get when u have slept on it all night, and it is numb. I knew it was still attached, although I couldnt feel the bed beneath it, it was almost trying to left away from the bed (only my a centimetre or so). IMPORTANT - This was my arm 'trying' to lift away NOT my mind's eye doing so (if that makes sense???). It was also only on my right arm. Any ideas?

This preset is awesome. I have felt the vibrations each time I've used this preset. i highly recommend it.

Im not sure how its effected me it is definitely messing with the brain.I tried BWG once last night and i dnt remember wakeing up and turning it off in my sleep .I must have been in a deep sleep .I alway remember things i do when i wake up .

this is my most favorite preset ever! i've used it many times. still haven't had a full OOBE, but had lots of vibrations and felt close and very relaxed.

Last wednesday i also felt those strong vibes in my head, after I woke up at 16:00. I was reading "journeys out of the body, by Robert A. Monroe" the days before and also was listening to the monroe tapes for a while, but never had any results before(except some lucid dreams). This happened strangely after I headed my bed to the magnetic northpole. I didnt make any exercises before I went to sleep, and the more suprised I was when I realized, that I was about to have a really OoBE. I heard s.th stroking over my bed, when I closed my eyes and then I saw a bright golden light behind my head and strong vibrations in it. But I was too scared...(even if I knew, that being afraid is actually a natural effect)and so i opened my eyes again. 1min later i closed them again I wanted to lead the vibes through the rest of my body, but they were so strong, that i feared even more and decided to give it an end and first learn more about this critical state. Well, as a tip for all, who want to AP to: Dont force anything and if you wont have any results, still keep on trying and listen to your dreams. You will have the results, when you're strong enough to deal with this experience - I know, that I'll have to "study" a lot more on that ...but I believe that these presets will help me now... Hi all, I have a question. I just started AP for about a good week. Today I found this site, All of the other method (ran me about 75.00) did nothing. We today I tried this, I focus more on relaxing my mind for about 3-4 minutes. After that i started feel my entire body tiggle, my arms started feeling a bit heavy and my hands began to sweat, then my arms started to feel very hot mainly around the biceps. after a good minute I knew the next step was going to happen, so I stopped. Please someone advise if my feelings are correct. are your arms going to feel heat (around the biceps)? I just want to make sure. so sorry if this was posted before I could not find it. I also feel kind of dizzy. Please advise this noob.

This preset and "#2 Astral Projection without fail" both have got me almost to the point of astral projection. My body gets real hot and i start feelings slight tingling in my legs. Right before i feel like i will be able to project, my muscle spazms and it impedes my progress. However, this preset and the other have both successfully caused me to have lucid dreams both nights that i used them before sleep. Each of the two nights, I could recall 3-4 dreams that I had that night and with grave detail. I could even recall the pain that I felt when i was shot in the chest in one of my dreams. Very very cool. By the way, can anyone give me some tips on how to astral project. So far, i have only attempted by using the presets while heavily relaxed and lying in my bed, under covers before sleep.
