With very smooth changes. Ps Turn down the volume. Then put your L@S MACHINE ON AUDIOSTROBE. Next start program then turn up volume untill the lights start to flash.

Then when u get the volume just right start the progam over and put on your space age shades and enjoy the session. After a little while u fell like u are on top of the world u fell so relaxed and happy then u notice iam dreaming. Ps it might take a few sessions to get the full effects if u are not used the L@S MACHINES.

U CAN ALSO USE MY PRESET WITH PUT AUDIOSTROBE PS HERE IS MY NEW UPLOAD. thE SOUND HAS BEEN TURNNED DOWN AND I ADDED WHITE NOISE.

Or u can turn off the audio strobe on my preset and play a delta program on your brain machine that way u can experment with differnet layers of beats

ok, raimond, i tryed it tonight, the starting tones are pretty ok, the starting eye freq. starts out peacefull. BUT THEN!!!:))) suddenly the frequency in my ear rises up towards frequencys of witch i could not determen the amplitude. That made it difficult to feel at ease.parralel to the sound, my goggles suddenly start to get life,making the flashes dance in front of me. creating a series belly twisting special effects,wich where really beautifull fantastic miraculeus..and i'm really trying to find more words for the light(5minutes lateR) but that is simply not possible. this preset makes amusement parks obsolete. greetz rhino

RHINO I FOUND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS ON MY PRESET LAYER ONE A THE VOLUME STARTS OF 55 AND GOES UP TO 100 JUST GO INSIDE OF THE PRESET AND CHANGE IT TO STAY AT 55 LUCID DREAMING AUDIO STROBE EVERY BODY ON MY PREST LAYER 1 A GO INSIDE OF OF AND CHANGE SO IT WIL STAY AT VOULME 55 IT STARTS OT VOLUME 55 AND GOES UP TP 100 IAM SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE RAYMOND

Haha lol, i really thought the volume raised becouse i was getting real tired, and at night when i get tired sounds are just a little louder to me. sure i could do that, but the volume was not the only thing that wasn't pleasant, some of the sounds you used(probably after the first segment)where really high, and unpleasant to lisnen to, i suggest using tones more in balance with the rest of the voices. the upload area gives you the service of re-uploading a preset, i did that with mine just a few days ago. works fine. greetz Rhino

I designed ths preset to be used before u go to sleep. after the preset u might want tl try a sleep preset 2 if u need extra relaxation. This preset goes from 20 hz to 3.1 hz it is only 30 min long. it goese throught beta alpha and theta if u cant go to sleep then try a delta preset as well. I used the preset 1 time and I had a lucid dreaam

This preset worked well. After listening to it and doing WILD, I slept for 15 minutes and dreamt vividly. No lucid dreams so far, but I'll try it again. Aerjotl - it isn't intended for you to sleep to it, but to sleep afterwards. Check the description...

I also made a sleep preset called delta sleep try it it is very relaxing it starts in the alpha range it has 5 layers of voices so it is a ltiile complex

Delta Sleep is designed to help u go to sleep. maby u can try the delta sleep and the lucid dream preset and see what happens. I sometimes like to try a lot of different preset example a beta preset and a alpha and a theta and a delta and see what kind of dream ill have

But you won't be as conscious with delta as with other presets, I think.. But I'll try it later..

See I was right. You need spikes of Beta to get lucid - that's what works.

Yea I know but what would happen if u had spikes of beta Alpha , Theta delta and alpha at the same time. That would be a cool dream. Ps Delta sleep is for going to sleep but u can use itwithj a beta preset and experiment
