Seems like a load of BS to me. What good are these frequencies supposed to do?

(shrugs) I don't really subscribe to the belief system that many of these presets are based on, but they admittedly do make for some pleasant soundscapes.

OK, unless you are involved in the magic(k) scene this won't make much sense. This preset puts your mind into an "earth" state. Earth being one of the magical elements or symbols. This means that if you want to change your mental state in accordance with the properties of "earth", this preset will help. As far as I am aware earth symbolises stability, strength, basic structure. It will work best if you have conditioned your mind to work with the magical elements (ie. are a magician), but maybe it would have some effect anyway.

I gave this one a try awhile back at bedtime. I feel asleep listening to it and had some quite interesting experiences. For one, I had an intense buzzing feeling going through my body almost all night long (especially focused in the head, along with the feeling of all my body, with the exception of my head, seemingly floating. I was quite conscious to this and attempted to will a detachment of my head without success all night. Very good preset, especially if you turn your CD player on continuous repeat and keep it going as long as possible throughout the night. Even if nothing happens, you'll most likely wake up feeling good.

Ohhh... now its suddenly becomes all clear... he's one of those bastids with high iq's that drink all day to cope from one day to the next...or maybe he was born from a family full of them unlike me... Good Job Yanis! I like your sing songs beats! Better than Mars Muzik!
