Guided Journey Experience

These freqencies are based on those found at http://www.lunarsight.com/ by Mike Triggs.

This glides down from 10Hz to 5Hz after 15 mintues. Then every 5 mintues, it changes from 5 to 5.5Hz. Has a quiet 7.83 & 7.5 sound. All have something to do with guidance except for the Schumann Resonance.

This is my first preset. They should get better as I do more.
