The "path" of my preset:

10 - enhanced release of serotonin & mood elevator, universally beneficial

Acts as ananalgesic. a waiting frequency while the subconscious does the work at

lower frequencies sense of well being & decreased pain (caused by increase in

beta-endorphins)

7.5 - Inter-awareness of self & purpose; guided meditation

At 7.5 HZ subjects who before suffered from confused thinking reported an ease at

finding solutions to troublesome problems after a re-evaluation was conducted.

3.5-7.5 - Theta Range [per CRI] - Creativity, intuition, daydreaming, fantasizing,

recollection, imagery, dreamlike, switching thoughts, drowsiness; "oneness",

"knowing", repository for memories.

3.5 - Feeling of unity with everything, enhancement of receptivity. a remedy for

depression & anxiety.

2.5 - pain relief, relaxation, production of endogenous opiates. Use for sedative

effect. Sedative effect - reported use on bleeding, bruises, insomnia, and sinusitis.

0.5 Epsilon range, extraordinary states of consciousness, high states of meditation,

ecstatic states of consciousness, high-level inspiration states, spiritual insight,

out-of-body experiences, Yogic states of suspended animation.

The other "support" voices supply a constant 0.5 and fade from 10 - 0.5, this was an

experimental preset and hopefully provides very interesting results. The background sound

is a little something extra (my secret, i promise nothing subminal ^_^ ).

Has anyone retrieved all the presets in this page? I am a little bit lazy (or maybe dumb- as i don't know how to download multiple files simultenously).

May ask your valuable time or better yet collection of all presets:)?

I am eager to try as much presets as possible. :)

By the way how many hours you sleep(on avarage)? Somewhere I heard that one man were trying as leonardo da vinchi sleep only 30 minutes a day (he took small snaps for 5 minutes throughout all day), and the man after a while didn't it, and went to normal sleep regime. The reason was not that he was tired. In fact, the oposite was true. Reason was that he had nothing do in the spare time.

I sleep about 7-8 hours a night.

I think that it is stupid to try to take 5min naps throughout the day because you will never get into deep sleep and so your system will eventually collapse under the pressure. This would probably cause insanity.

If I had all of that time, I would love it and would use it to my advantage.
