I`ve played it 20-40min, at young night. It work best for me when I`m tired (when my thoughts don`t bother me) - taking some inner journey in my chair (with headphones on my head). With this sound my mental images are getin` good resolution:) after 10-15min. Cheers, Martin.

Erm.. Martin what do u mean by ur metal imgaes are getting good resolution after 10-15 mins of listening to this.. how do u really feell when u listen to it..? is there any side-effects?
