Could you please explain how this works a little more in-depth. Where did you get the frequencies from, and what do each of them do? What have YOU personally experienced from this preset?

These frequencies are derived from analysis of "a hospice" series of tapes put out by "the original and most famous company"- the FOUNDER of which used the designation- "The Park". Personally, I'm not sure WHY they work since these frequencies don't really "gel" with the huge amount of frequency info I've amassed over the last 10 years including "tape based" and "sound and light machine" data. But the people that have developed these combinations, in my opinion, still have the most effective and powerful combinations I have found. I personally don't enjoy guided or limited time altered states since for me, personal and focused intention during that state is of equal importance as the state itself. Instead of ramping through a series of "numerically designated levels" (10,12,15,21 etc.)- I found that a steady stream of frequencies far more effective than those on the hospice tape series- which give only short glimpses of "The Park" after lengthy and gentle ramping through all the other levels. This gentle system is obviously designed (rightly so) to ease weak or elderly terminally- ill patients to a soft and friendly pre- death experience - but I was continually left frustrated from only short glimpses and fragmented yet extremely interesting "trips". This level of consciousness is difficult to achieve, as it takes many tries which, as I have said, initially arrives in just glimpses. After awile, sustained experiences are possible. I have had difficulty maintaining any consistent experiences (control) although I have had contact with my deceased mother- which was devestatingly powerful and ultimately joyous. The best and most consistent of experiences have been making a connection with my "Higher Self"- seemingly a group of entities, which strangely enough, consists of a cigar smoking, zany professor-type character, a beautiful, blond-haired cellist in a black evening dress, a jazz ensemble which consists of two saxaphonists, a guitarist and upright bass player and a real bobcat(pet?) among others. Stranger still is that the environment this always occurs in is a grand, all wood, richly appointed series of rooms with leather furniture and there are glyph- like paintings on the walls- of a monochrome tan sandstone color- each graphically depicting "an emotion". The experience is always a casual, cocktail party- like experience with amazing conversation. Pretty wierd, huh? Hope this helps- Happy travelling!

So this is ripped from The Monroe Institute? You know, The Park is a label for a place to go to recouperate after physical death. Just so you know what you're getting yourself into.

It is not dangerous??

I had missing time for nearly 5 hours listening to this preset... I give credit to it's procaimed effects, as the mind-split effect would explain the missing time. The park sounds kind of creepy... wish I remembered.

I liked your preset very much.

It's kinda amusing that I started listening to this and immediately went cold and started to shiver. My hands are freezing... *laughs*

I've used this about a half dozen times. The most vivid experience I had was to find myself lying, as I was when listening, flat on my back. On a flat red rock surounded by peacefull calm waters, so in the middle of a large lake, with a distant vista of greenery, trees and a mountain in the far far distance.
