for the Ajna should it not be 13 hz instead of 14hz and why 10,656 hz ? for the anahata it should be 10,5 hz or not ?

This preset was decent. The first time listening to it made me feel kind of disassociated and zombie-like. The second time I took a nap with it and felt pretty energetic and clear-headed.
