Hm, I'll give it a try. (I just drank a large Dunkin Donuts coffee -- if this preset works on me now, it's pretty damn good.)

Your preset made me very drowsy. That's pretty impressive considering I was 1) standing, 2)full of coffee, and 3) not desiring to sleep.

Works well for me:+) All you need to do is to use your IMAGINATION WISELY! Trust yourself and beleave in GOD the creator of the Universe. You'll see! you'll feel ! :+)

i've been using bwgen for long time now, and no presets seem to work for me at all, i don't know why, i want them to have an effect on me but i get no effects, can anyone explain why?

Two things. First, coffee does not keep you awake. There is enough caffiene in coffee to keep you awake for roughly 15 minutes. Caffiene is the only stimulant in coffee. However there are 43 depressants in coffee. The only thing that keeps you awake while drinking coffee is the psychosomatic effect of programming. We've all been told coffee keeps you up, but only because you believe it will. Secondly, NeuroticAngel, maybe you should try getting better headphones. Also, it only works if you let it, you can actively fight the effects. If it's not your headphones, try reading a book or something distracting mentally while using it to see if you notice effects.

ATTN: NeuroticAngel You might WANT TO check out to see if your computer's sound card has 3D sound enabled ... and DISSABLE IT. Also, if you're burning bwgen Wave files to CD, check to see if your CD player has Mega-Base turned on. On my Sony CD player, the Mega-base blended the STEREO CHANNELS together as one MONO-CHANNEL. It resulted in the 'binaural beat' wavering sound in BOTH EAR PHONES, instead of creating the 'binaural beat' wavering INSIDE YOUR HEAD. Just some thoughts for the day! :) Cheers - Greg :)

thanks people, it works now :) i've got other question now: can i record binarual beats to MD(minidisc) format? i know it seriously cripples the music sound quality not sure about binaural beats

To : NeuroticAngel I have just recorded one preset on my MD and it works (so good !) If you correctly adjust your recording settings you won't have any problems with sound ! If you was in MONO sure it didn't works ! PS :Sorry for my english ...

I have also been trying to use bwgen, however i have not used ones like sleep, or anything else, i used study mode, and it did not help. Meybe its the Headphones, if anyone can suggest headphones that work 100% ? thanx a lot guys

Phalanx Xian: actually, a typical cup of 10-12 oz of coffee contains about 150-200 mg of caffine, which is, of course, a central nervous system stimulant. People are not stimulated by coffee because they are "trained" to believe that will happen, they are stimulated because of caffeine's biochemically active compounds.

Phalanx Xian: Thats nonsens! Coffee doesn't keep you awake? You go ahead and drink like 3 cups of strong coffe and then try to sleep. Ofcourse it keeps you awake.

Actually, Phalanx Xian, you are wrong. There are in fact THREE stimulants in coffee: caffeine, theobromine and theophylline.

what happens people is that, whe you drink coffey caffeyne raises and when that happens your brain receives that as an emergency and releases adrenaline, wich keeps you awake "for a while" not the whole day, after that "adrenaline rush" cafeine lowers and you return to "normal" wich all takes about an hour or so.

well i think that possaby all presets are plasibos but when i used a nock out one onf my frined told him to lisen to a song on my ipod he didnt see the screen but he seaid after about 12 secons he was relly tired so that might just me thinking more thats it not a plasibo therefor making every other one work better

oh... and this one didnt work maby because i just though about the plasibo thing PS i'm not a good speller PSS o overthink junk psss is this getting anoying?
