it didn't work on me. but when you mean it works i'll try that again. if you like this feeling here'S a trick: lay down an breath as fast and deep as you can. you won't get sizzy but after some minutes your whole body starts to vibrate. /*CHECK THIS*/ |

no he didn't. OOBEs cant be attained with BWgen. anyone who says otherwise is either mistaken or lying. the "vibrations" of OOBES and astral projections are just your nerves shutting off because your body is going to sleep. this is a natural process and happens everytime you sleep, but you're normally asleep for it. if you want a real OOBE, meditate unaided for a few years, read the Tao Te Ching, and become intune with all that is in nature and you mgiht get lucky. If you want an astral projection, do the above-mentioned for 50 years in seclusion and give up every worldly pleasure in existence, including speech.

nerphedhead, are we to take it you've spent 50 years in seclusion and have returned to the internet to bring us these insights? How do you know whether binaural beats can assist in inducing OOBEs? In fact, your description of the notorious vibrations as "your nerves shutting off because your body is going to sleep" makes a good deal of sense to me. I also think Robert Monroe's intent to induce the same vibrations directly with binaural beats is a little implausible. However, binaural beats do induce altered states, and remaining awake whilst your body falls asleep seems to be one of them. The closest I ever came to an OOBE, (and this was through sheer chance, not active pursuit) was through repeated usage of L+S machines and binaural beat sessions, and erratic sleep patterns. I won't go into details, but I did experience the vibrations, and began to roll out of my body. I furthermore had not read Monroe nor thought much about the matter of OOBEs for several years at the time. If binaural beats and brain entrainment had any part to play in this, it was less direct induction of the experience than using high beta sessions at odd hours of the day and general meditation. And for the record, I'm quite out of tune with nature. Joe. |

This definately made me a little giggly, and I felt unusual. It's a strange thing to describe. It's definately good, though.

nerphedhead I think you need to get a few more facts behind your speeches before you start preaching a person can obe within a matter of months with enough practice, I myself am a natural astral and etheric projector and have been since i was 13, so i suggest you go meditate for a few years in the hope to get a few brain cells.

Theres alot of junk on the net about Astral Projection - Some stuff gives false facts to turn people away from this persuit (i have no clear idea as to why). Some sites say its "Easy". You can't blame nerphedhead for expressing information he believes is true (may it be from personal experience or from what other people have influenced him/her to believe). Myself, i tried doing this but its just too much deducation and all the reward seems to be at the end not at spread out. So i simply don't have the deducation to screw with my sleep patterns (cuz they screw with themselves hah). Although Meditation is fun and its refreshing to the mind. Certainly there is no factual and physical requirements for a person to achieve this state of mind, so theres no way one person can write a book about it and detail every part of your journey there. Its the way the world works, some get it easier, some get it harder. Sorry got off topic :). This is a great preset, certainly one to listen to. After around 40 mins i felt sorta floaty when i stood up |
