Lowest level = Alpha wave binaurals going between 10 to 12 HZ

Middle Level = 787 HZ [Rife] with 125 HZ binaural [it had some significance on the brainwave frequency list] - gradual fade-in.

High Level = 10,000 to 20,000 HZ waved pink noise - gradual fade in, and a modulation added to its volume - [a faster panning wave it sounds like][Note - I originally used a tone for the third voice, but this works better - less harsh on the ears, and it has wonderful results.]

Second Part

Tinkering here - switched first voice to 1.8 HZ, rather than fluxing between 1.8 and 6 HZ.

Second voice, which went from 10 to 12 - now goes from 10 to 12 to 14.4 [a higher octave of 1.8 and closer to the binaural beat which would give you jogger's high - the key is finding the frequency which releases cortisol, which would suppress allergic responses by shutting off the immune system.)

Note - 9/18 - First part seemed to work the best on sinus congestion.

So using this preset could also have an effect on your health because it shuts off your immune system - that cant be good can it?

I will try to give a rough answer. Cortisol doesn't shuts off the immunitary system. Allergy is an overreaction of the immunitary system, that produces hystamine, that is responsible for the allergic crisis. Allergies (therefore overproduction of hystamine) are usually "controlled" with artificial cortisons (steroids) to be taken (spray medications to inhale). The self production of cortisol will give the same results, without the side effects of synthetic cortison. I apologize for my approximative English.

Oops - my bad - I prolly didn't choose the best wording saying "shutting off the immune system" - Flavio's explanation is more accurate.

So is this designed to help with sinuses or allergy-related sinus problems?

Both. I find that 1.8 HZ binaural can be very useful on sinus congestion in general -- while the gradual rise into beta seems to alleviate the allergy end of things.

I tried the sinus and congestion clearer and it worked within ten minutes the first time. I let three other friends it and it worked for them though the time varies up to a half hour. I burned a CD for each to have. Thanks

is this synchronicity. I've been exploring the Monroe Institute. They have a lot of binaural. When I listened I felt better. No longer able to access the sounds at my local library. Wondering if this is samply chance coincidence or something more? Delightful things have been happening to me at computer terminal at random. Recently read entirety of E.G. White's sinus tone production. searching "sinus tone production" brought me to this site. Could it be that binaural helps sinus. Have had serious sinus problems since the age of 14. Don't know if this message will go through. I'm fairly new at sending a message to a web site while at the web site it is a new skill for me.

Amazing. I've been sick with a bad cold for about a week and a half.. the cold seems to be over now but I have bad sinus pressure.. Almost totally deaf in my left ear because of the pressure.. I played this preset, after about 5 minutes my eyes started to water, i felt my nose draining, my ears popping, I started coughing up tons of phlegm. I stopped it at about 20 minutes and I feel amazing. I can breath, my head no longer hurts, I feel no pressure, I have no phlegm, and my I can hear now! Amazing... and I was worried I'd have to go to the doctors tomorrow.. This just saved me a lot of money (i have no insurance) thanks!

I am still using the Sinus Congestion Clearing Attempt and sharing it with people who thank me for introducing it to them. It does work for me and those I share it with.

The Ernest George White Society website has a lot of information about a method called White's Technique. This technique is used primarily to develop the singing voice but because it is based on creating air vibrations in the sinuses it has been found to be very effective in keeping the sinuses clear of congestion. Thanks for mentioning that site - I'm willing to try anything at this point, short of jamming a sharp object up my nose. This time of year always seems to aggravate my sinuses, particularly at the bridge of my nose and around my eyes.

Is it important to have the pink noise in the background? Has it any influence on the effivenessof the preset?

I didnt try this preset yet but I tried the Headache treatment preset & I can feel my headache aleviating & my sinus area just clearing up.Sinus headaches ? wow,I never would have guessed that was the cause all along.

I am missing some info, maybe someone can help. Who has used non-prescription drugs to relieve " ear pressure " problems, nasal related I guess. It seems to get better at times but I cannot totally " pop my ears ". It is driving me batty at this point, don't feel like a doctor making incisions in my ears either. I question this preset. It is based on the idea that we need to stop producing hystamine. This is in accord with the pharmacuetical companies who produce anti-hystamines. This approcach attacks a symptom and does not solve the cause of the production of hystamine, which ironically is, a poor immune system. Do not use this preset if it indeed does "shut down your immune system" which I doubt it does. Anyhow, concentrate on solving the root of the problems instead of the symptoms. You don't get of weeds with a lawnmower, you get rid of them by getting to the root. Goto www.youngliving.com, call customer service, become a member (free) and buy some oil - a blend called "RC". Search Google for 'humming + sinusitis' and read about new research into the effectiveness of humming as a means of keeping the sinuses clear of congestion. This is what the Ernest George White Society has been teaching for over sixty years - we're at www.egwhitesociety.org.uk.

It is likely that sinus congestion is caused by the piliated form of e. coli which makes amyloid goo as a means of attaching itself. E coli is considered normal flora in the sinuses, but Johm Hulgren of George Washington University in St Louis found the red staining form of the bug makes soluible amyloid and a catylist that lets it pop it out of solution as little fibers. This stuff is toxic to mitocondria, so I think that it can only be used by anarobes and faculative anarobes. So anything that you do to cause pressure waves in the sinuses, like humming or singing that causes greater oxidation of the sinuses may help tip the ecology of the sinuses toward the arobes, the good bacteria that do not form goo, like acidopholis.

I came across this site because I have sinusitis and my ears hurt. I wish I could figure out how to play what ever sound waves you are talking about but I will try the humming site info. But I couldn't let that previous email go by without a response. Having done human microbiology for the past thirty years I want to say that the respiratory sinuses are a sterile site ( no normal flora) so when they get infected, our bodies kick in with an immune response, produce mucous with lots of white blood cells and we need to take antibiotics to help out the process. The portions of our respiratory system closer to the outside like our outer nose and throat do have some normal flora, but not E. coli. E. coli is only normal flora in our gut.

I found out how to adjust the voices ect, found the scale is a 'moveable' one and how to save, it was in the help file, but since I want to try this sort of stuff, I wasn't likely to read it first , was I!
