Mystery Journey

My goal was to create a complex soundscape that was subtle, mysterious, gentle, and very deep; all done with a smooth "take-off and landing". I incorporated binaural beats of Shumann's resonance with variable pitches, along with a descent into theta, 12 Hz. for centering, and 7 Hz. for alpha. The background is a combination of gong, Tibetian bowl, and Tingsha chimes. Suggestions welcomed.

damn i like the direction of this using it as a instrument for music

First of all, I'm a newby here--only about an hour old, but finding some really cool stuff so far. Secondly, I find this piece to be wonderfully enchanting and very relaxing! I used to play around with similar ideas wa-a-ay back when I had my ARP-2600 synth (Damn! Why did I ever get rid of that thing?). I think this sort of application would be perfect for a quality home stereo system as a source of low-level background ambience. Anyway, excellent piece of work!

Can you use this while sleeping? I mean, for vivid dreams or something? Or is it just for pure relaxation?

Your background is so beautiful! Had some sudden fade-outs really weird, but had such nice sweet dreams/trips! This one is one of the best working presets for me.

Your preset is gorgeus ! It really works ! It makes me very relaxed and I feel calmer, and I feel strong unity with earth (I suppose Schumanic frequency is crucial in this preset).

This is awesome. I finally met my first spirit guide with this one today. I saw many things during this jouney. Thank you.

This preset reminds me of the old Tomb Raider games from PS1. I remember they had background noises which sounded a lot like this does, so when I listen I think of all those places. It's very funny how one can remember all those flawlessly just by thinking about them. That was like ten years ago when the first one came out...crazy.

The background loop is kinda fuzzy, but wow, this is really good. I started entering a trance, and couldn't feel my body, and images started to appear, many religious, religious buildings, religious places, ancient religions & places too, then I saw a map, and on it was a diagram, and at the bottom was a symbol representing life, then above it was something else (couldn't see). This is strange for me to see religious things, and existence beyond life, as i'm not a religious person.

4:16 My pomegranate wine drink has begun to feel as if it was vibrating in my mouth.

5:00 The glass which I hold seems to vibrate ever so slightly.

5:45 My vision begins to blur.

6:00 Everything swimming around in my mind begins to slow down and become clear

6:30 Something that looks like hallucinations are begining to happen, they go with the beat frequencies and the backround music

7:09 My fears slowly creep across my eyes

8:14 I begin go blind. But I can sense the keys of the keyboard.

9:00 My blindness is over, everything I see seems to have an aura to it, a spirit to it.

10:20 My stomach pain has passed, my teeth seem to become more sensitive.

The darkness and the light have more meaning to them now.

11:10 The darkness and light now mean something, they are my two sides, battling.

11:50 Fealing sleepy. Need rest.

30:45 I have awakened, my cat jumps onto my lap.

I stop the tape.

My cat has a strange blue aura to her.

My other cat has a strange blue aura to her.

This tape is amazing.

What collors should i use?

And should i be in special position or to have m eyes closed?

look, i download alot of presets and when im about to import them i get an error message or something. i already register my bgn so what i have to do to hear my presets?

This preset did not work on my computer- i just get a pop-up that says it cannot use the gong wave whenever i try to play it. Suggestions?
