Oh my God. This preset is actually making me feel vibration quicly, im felt them after 20 seconds. I swear. This preset induces OBEs. Try it, excellent discovery.

dont try this preset its a waste of time, i tried it twice for 40 minutes and nothing happened. "OOOOOOOH VIBRATIONS" nothing to get excited about unless you actually accomished the projection.

I tried it about 6 or 7 times for 30 mins and nothing happend but relaxation. Anyway i can relax by other ways. It's really a waste of your time

certainly was not a waste of my time, about 20 mins into it, BOOM! CRAZY DAMN VIBRATIONS and a crazy heart beat. held it for like, 15 seconds I think, got to excited, and it faded. =/ ahwell, next time.

OBE is only happened to me in dreams.and i remember before i was born my soul before entering the human body of earth. and that is when i realized at birth that our human soul enters the physical body when it is born and it is at high HZ untill it gets to earth. and OBE is basically leting your soul travel to different places. but!!! it i would be carefull for anyone trying this. it almost like remote viewing ... except with your soul actually going out of your body and i think your soul or an OBE is good for somthing when somthing bad is about to happen and you have no way of removing your physical self from it for say it is an earthquake or a car accident about to happen . that is when OBE is good. but beware in what direction your soul goes to.
