Binoural beats work in differences like lets say f is the actual frequency and voice one is v1 and voice 2 is v2. F= V1-V2 so there is a problem with voices overlapping.

ok for me to answer that for the last 2 years my weight has maintained 230 pounds give or take 5 pounds. So i thougt I would eat as I normally did here is how it went. the first week I gained 2 pounds but noticed my muscles were tighter and my wife said more notiable. week two lost 3 pounds week three lost 2 pounds week four lost 5 pounds week five lost 4 pounds and week six lost 7 pounds. also I have noticed so has my familie my muscles getting tighter and larger. I know that most of you will say I am a fake nothing you listen to can do that. but here is how it works. The sound freq make your brain believe that your muscles have been damaged so it repaires them just like when you work out they get bigger and need more fuel. the rest is in the above description. I am so happy with this that I thought I would share it. one of my friends who tried it didn't have any results they used speratically excuse my spelling so that why it is impartive that you use this daily

o yes I didn't respond directly to the overlap question. I didn't say there werent overlaps I should have said is all the overlaps have been calculated and not to have any adverse side effects two of the overlaps produce hgh and the others dont discount the purpose of this or have any negative effects on the body or mind if you really need I can list all the overlap freq and there effects

instead of listining to the preset twice a day for a
half hour each time you could listen to it once for an
hour. my personal reasearch for that has shown it
takes a extra week for your body to resopond but after
that week it seems to respond as if listining to it
for the half hour sessions

If you are are not overweight you might gain weight in the form of muscle. As for how much to listen to it if you want to lose a little fat I don't know experiment and let us all know

Here�s an update from me. After 2 weeeks of listening to this preset, I haven�t noticed anything yet. What I do is listen to it 1 hour at night, right before going to sleep. But the problem is that my weight is normal and I already have some muscles (I play tennis), it�s just that I have some ugly fat on my hips and butt that I wanna get rid of, so I don�t know if this will work for me. Anyway, I will continue with this.

Thanx for the preset. I was just wondering, if listening to it longer (say 1h morning and 1h evening) would enhance the effect and vice versa - only 30 minutes a day -would it slow the process down?

I don't know about listining to it more than 1 hour a day as that is what I was working with as I do not have more time in the day to listen sorry but hey give it a shot and let us know. Jenny are you feeling like you have more energy and what is your age. I know that hgh and a couple of other hormones slow with age. it might be that with someone in there teens this preset wont heighten them

Blast it! It seems to be working, but in an interesting way I do not know, if I am losing weight due to it or not, but yesterday I listened to it 1 hour before going to sleep.. and I then just couldn't. I don't have usually any sleep problems at all. It was a funny feeling. I felt like exploding with energy (body), but mind was yawning and half asleep. I never liked it , but it's interesting.

I experienced the same thing as Ivy, except I listened to it for only the required 30 mins and I could not go to sleep for a while. Though this did not affect the quality of my sleep. In fact, I had not slept as well in a long time. will give an update in a few months. Currently I'm about 215 lbs.

of course it doesnt work. the reason that for some of you it MIGHT work is pretty much a placebo effect: its all in the mind but because of that it works slightly. Just exercise more and maintain a healthy diet if yu wish to lose weight.

I personaly found that frequencies above 5hz will keep me from going to sleep. I would feel tired but the mind is just racing with ideas. So before going to bed I make sure I listen to something with low frequencies, usually bellow 4hz going real down. Drawback is that I am real sleepy still in the morning. So I start my day with 12hz for 20min or more. That gets me going again.
My impression is that the brain gets programmed to these sounds and the effect is rather long lasting untill some other stimulli overrides your focus. I also have noticed that machine sounds etc... mimic the sounds that my brain was traind to with BWGen and I sometimes experience the feellings I get while listening to BWGen presets.
There are many frequences that I found to be energizing, they literaly heat up my body, which I like and I am after. As I have read in Robert Monroe books and the revelations he have recieved, is that the goal is to keep in balance and harmony, which starts with keeping energy flow in our body. This said BWGEN does have effect in this area.
One other noticable effect is that I have less appetite and started to eat more modestly - this was after listening to 10hz, 10.5 hz and 12hz
every day for an hour(the reason could be 10hz with seretonin effect).

Heh, its a placebo effect but it works slightly. Contradictory, any? Anyway, just curious, how could it just be a placebo effect? You imagine its working, giving you muscle, and you gain it? Lol. Sounds like more than a placebo, then. This stuff seems to either work, or it doesn't. I doubt it can fool you into eating right...

I'm affected by a strange type of muscular distrophy not yet identified. i'm 10 Kg over weight dued my static lifestile (despite i'm walking yet). This is what doctors sed after seen my CPK blood value: 832 in the morning. (max is 160). I think instead this is dued by an uncorrect brain stimulus. Question: did you believe dangerous for me try this preset?

i'm not constantly listening to this but its seems to have some effect on me. My muscles are significantly larger but my weight hasnt decreased. But my main aim is weightloss and not muscles growth!

icestar: Interesting. How long have you been listening to this preset? Even though I just srot of started rambling up there, even I was somewhat skeptical. That's weird though. Every pound of muscle is suppose to burn about 35 calories a day, so one would think more would aid in weight loss. I suppose there are other factors. Diet, of course. Interesting, though.

Hey I'm 18 years young. I'm still going to give this a try because I had an accident at work that caused great pain when using my arms. So I have lost all the hard earned muscle and I'm pretty weak ATM. Not so much interested in losing FAT (though my legs could use a little trimming ;p) as I am in the muscle hardening etc. I'll let y'all know if it starts to work etc. I don't expect anything to happen for the first week. Even in body building, you don't notice the effects after a few days.

It is interesting that many comments refer to not reducing weight yet noticing that muscle growth has increased. Muscle weighs twice as much as fat. Most competition body builders would be classified as obese if compared to standard medical weight / height / gender tables.
If you are staying at the same weight but gaining muscle, for every pound of muscle gained you have lost two pounds of fat. You will be fitter and will have increasedyour life expectancy.

if you stay at the same weight losing fat and gaining muscle, you gain 2 pounds of muscle for 2 pounds of fat, if you gained 1 pound of muscle for 2 pounds of fat you'd lose a pound each time.

what he is saying is the space that one pound of muscle takes is 1/2 of the space of one pound of fat. also the more muscle you have the more calories your burn. If you don't want to use this preset then don't why casue problems for those that do

Hi,

This is an interesting preset. I have not used BWg for quite sometime(a year) and this is the first preset i tried after the long break. Since its the first time i try i do not anticipate any results yet but i do wish to highlight another effect of this preset.

I was listening to it for 15 minutes while going through the bwg presets, the drowsy feeling began to set in. So i decided to close my eyes for a while to see what would happen. My body immediately began to feel much heavier, to a point where i could not feel my hands and legs even though it is in an akward position(my right hand on the mouse and left hand on the chair's armrest. After another moment i could no longer determine my direction i am facing. Soon thoughts came rushing through my head like the moment before falling asleep, these thoughts were like half-lucid dreams, wherein i can feel the images, but i was still conscious(even though i go in and out of it). I decided to open my eyes and continue on with my work, overall the relaxation/meditation type of feeling lasted 10 mins.

I will post results relating to the preset's original use in around two weeks time to give it time to work.

ok, thats cool, i mean i am not fat, i am 6 foot and weigh 190 but i have somewhat of a gut since i got out of highschool and stopped sports. i just want to get my muscles back in tone. and today alone i have listened to this off and on for two hours total. i am going to try to listen to it as much as possible on my free time with my wireless headphones and hopefully within 6 weeks i can have something going with that and 40 crunches a day. thanks

ok, here is my update after using it for 10 days.

I wake up in the mornings, play the preset, stretch for 5 min, do 5 min of jumping jacks, 5 min of sit-ups, 5 min of pushups, and the last 10 jogging around my yard (i have 7 acres) After the preset is finished, i eat plain oatmeal with a yogurt, a banana, and a Centrum Multivitamin. thats for my morning. during the after noon i have a chicken salad (homemade) and water. I eat while listening to the preset for 30 min. For dinner, i usually have a small snack like some prunes or crackers and listen to the preset for 30 min. So far, doing this everyday, i have lost a total of 12 pounds in 10 days and I feel alot healthier and my muscles are alot tighter, escpecially my abs.

that is great. there are alot of people that would say you whould have lost those 10 pounds with out listening. If you would be willing to do an experiment. of not listening for one week and keep up your routine keep track of your weight then listen for the next week keeping up your routine. You should see the diffrence between the two weeks.

I have updated this preset it is version2 back on the preset list. version2 is alot more powerful. yet it does have some possible side effects that have been told to me by friends who have tested it they are may cause fellings of anxiety and increased heart rate. I have at times while listening felt anxiety I found out that it was drinking coffe while or just before listening. I have not exprienced the increased heart rate. it was reported to me. I am working on a version three that does not have these side effects yet have not been able to with the same benfits. So I decided to let you decide if you wanted to use it

NO IT CAN NOT. ok Ill explaine in detaile how this works. when you exercise your muscles workings triggers a responce from your brain to do things. When you exercise you also damage your muscles that is why they hurt when your brain repairs them there are better than before. what this preset does is triggers the responce in your mind that you have exercised. So your mind sends out the appropriate responce. to heal your muscle. even though you haven't exercised it still trys to repaire them making them bigger and stronger. the more muscle mass you have the calories you burn. ok when you do exercise this process speeds up the responce and continues it after your done healing.

biochemically speaking, creatine phosphokinase (cpk) is the enzyme (the catalyst) of the conversion of phosphocreatine into creatine (while "consuming" ADP and generating ATP). it looks like that:

creatine phosphate + ADP -> creatine + ATP

the elevation of CPK is an indication of damage to muscle, as theremper said. it is indicative of injury, myocardial infarction, myositis, myocarditis, malignant hyperthermia and so on.

it is VERY important to understand that high CPK values are just and indicator for disease, nothing more. the body or actually the muscles don't really react, because the amount of muscle mass that coresponds to the elevation of the CPK value is about ..uhm, 10-20 grams?

If your muscles get even a little bigger and if a little fat is burned out we have not just "some" weight loss. We have a person who just by listening to the preset reacts as well trained. And guess what-for this person it's anatomicly, physiolgically and psychologicaly easier to start trainings, to walk more, to exercise more to lose weight. [b]For a person who has difficulties to start doing exercises this preset is the best gift ever[b/]

i hope this preset gives me results, but anyway i want to point out one thing.. gaining muscle mass doesn't burn much fat. if you don't believe me, look up the math on the internet. you can gain pounds and pounds of muscle, and it won't burn very many calories at all. this is why aerobic exercise is recommended for weight loss instead of gaining muscle.

when you do aerobic exercise you burn more calories during the exercise. when you do aerobic exercise you burn less calories than aerobic during the exercsie yet more over a 24 hour period. here is an example you do 20 minutes of arobic exercise and burn 100 calories more than you naturally do. when you do a weight lifting routine that takes you 20 minutes you only burn about 20 to 30 calories during the exercise. 24 hours later with the aerobic exercise you burn only that 100 calories that you did during the exercise. with the weight lifting routine over that 24 hour period you burn appx 250 more calories than normal. most professional body builders daily calorie intake is about 5000 calories with very little to no arobic exercise. if you do daily arobic exercise for 1 hour you calories should not excede 3000 or you will gain fat. how many fat professional body builders are there

one pound of muscle only burns like 50 to 100 calories a day. doing aerobic exercise you could burn like 400+ a day. also i've read that you can increase your metabolism after aerobic exercise as long as you keep your heart rate at a certain percentage or higher.

just found this:
"For each extra pound of muscle, you'll burn about 12,000 calories a year without lifting a finger, about what it takes to lose three pounds of fat."

only 3 pounds in a whole year.. if you watch "the biggest loser," they lose a ton of fat, not by weight lifting but by aerobic exercise and reduced calorie diet. not that i think gaining muscle is bad, or that i'm necessarily right.. but there is a lot of mixed-up information out there that's hard to make sense of.

ok you still have no explained professional body builders. and the reason I created this is about 8years ago I lost 60 pounds lifting weights only weights I lost that 60 pounds in 2 months. I understand that doctors and the ama say that weight loss is done by arobic exercise. yet body builders say that it is done easier by building muscle to calories are burned in the creation of new muscle not the muscle its self. If you do not believe this will work then don't try it. everyone else if for what ever reason you do not believe this works then don't try it. I know it does and there are others that do also. I also happen to disagree with the government and the ama. perhaps that why I know binural beats can create physical effects. doctors the ama and the government whould say such claims are foolish and any one to believe such claims that sounds can cause physical effects are idiots. so this idiot will continue to lose weight with a method that does not work. with a knowledge of weightloss that is incorrect. and everyone that says Im wrong becuase of the fact you don't lose fat by building muscle. then I'll look good you can look fat and know your right.

Erm, that's ONE pound of muscle. You make it sound as if we can only gain -one- pound of muscle. Ever.

Let's say you gain 10 pounds of muscle. That's 30 pounds a year. Not something you can shrug off. Also, couple it with aerobic exercise and there you go. It isn't like this preset stops you from doing any other kind of exercise...

chill man. i never said your preset didn't work, i simply questioned the idea that muscle gain helps you lose as much weight as aerobic exercise. flaxseed - i see your point about 10 pounds of muscle = 30 pounds of weight loss a year. but as a person who's not a bodybuilder, i have no idea how hard it is to gain 1 pound of muscle let alone 10 pounds of muscle, or how i'd know i had gained that much muscle and most people who are not into bodybuilding don't either. also many bodybuilders will tell you that aerobic exercise is very important for weight loss. of course there's nothing wrong with weightlifting too.

i saw it was asked b4. does this effect the heart? i know one athlete has a heart thats actually alot bigger than normal. i listen to about half of V.3 before I do some light excercises and my left arm is getting bigger, but my right arm isn't going at the same rate, though I do the same with both arms. Suggestions?

Also - after 30 minutes you start hearing a "buzzing sound" instead of the normal water washing over the sand sound by itself, why would this happen considering that your suppose to listen to it in 30 min sessions?
